Covid-19 Gym Rules and Regulations

  1. All classes and workouts are indoors with regulation specific spacing in place.

  2. Each class will have a maximum of 18 available spots (to be reserved through WODIFY on a first come, first serve basis). If you do not reserve a spot, you will not be able to attend the workout.

  3. Temperature checks will no longer be conducted before entering your workout area. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, including but not limited to fever/chills, cough, shortness of breath, headache, sore throat, fatigue, nausea or vomiting, and loss of taste or smell - we kindly ask that you not enter the gym. 

  4. Each member will be safely distanced from other members where you will remain for the duration of the class. 

  5. Masks are entirely optional and at the members discretion. 

  6. Cleaning solution and cloths will be provided to wipe down all equipment after use; with hand sanitizer also provided in each square. 

  7. Drop Ins are welcome and available through our website now.
